Dutch Producer Sentiment Improves In August

Dutch producer sentiment improved in August after easing in July, Statistics Netherlands said Monday.

Producer confidence came in at -4.6, compared to -5.2 in July.

The gauge for expected activity in the coming three months rose to -5.9 from -7 in the prior month. Likewise, assessment of stock of finished products climbed to -0.1 from -0.7.

The index measuring future order position edged up by 0.1 point to -7.9 in August.
